CADnet Introduces CADnet, An Innovative Solution to Internet based Employment Searching.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Phoenix, Arizona. -- September 1, 1999 -- CADnet announces an innovative automated online job opening and resume distribution service on the Internet that is revolutionizing the employment search industry.

Already over 400 employers and recruiters have subscribed to receive resumes via the CADnet "broadcast". The subscription is free to anyone. Registered employers and  recruiters can filter by Industry and Software Application the types of resumes they receive. To subscribe, job seekers, employers and recruiters need only visit the the CADnet web site.

Over the last 4 months, CADnet has developed their online web site focusing on providing industry-specific quality job candidates and job prospects to their customers nationwide.

"The trend on the World Wide Web is to entice candidates to 'post' their resume and job openings into databases and wait for someone to find them," says Glen Doak, President of CADnet "We offer this service for free, but our primary service is much more aggressive. What we do is distribute a job opening by sending it directly to prospective candidates who are not necessarily looking for jobs online or otherwise.  These are the hard to find people who often are the best candidates for the job.  Likewise we distribute a resume by sending it directly to employers and recruiters who are actively filling job openings as well as those who we target as a "Job Match."

Job candidates come from CADnet's extensive 300,000 plus contact database of professionals and organizations who utilize computer aided design (CAD) software tools. Employers and recruiters submit their job opening via email.  CADnet then does a custom query of their database to find potential matches. Those matches with email addresses receive a "Broadcast" email of the Job Opening and have options to respond for more information, refer to a colleague or ask to be removed from the "Broadcast" database. Contacts without email addresses are forwarded to the recruiter for follow up via telephone.
