• CASS ( Coding Accuracy Support System)

The CASS process validates and standardizes addresses for fast, accurate postal processing. CASS processing matches the address to a range based ZIP+4 record. The United States Postal Service ZIP+4 File is updated on a monthly basis to provide improved address accuracy and delivery.

• DPV (Delivery Point Validation)

Our lists are also run against the Delivery Point Validation service. While the CASS process validates and standardizes addresses, Delivery Point Verification enables us to verify that an actual address exists down to an apartment or suite number. Delivery Point Validation determines if the address can be confirmed as a valid delivery point or as a commercial receiving agency. Delivery Point Validation enables you to target your mailings more efficiently to reduce list, production and postage costs. The United States Postal Service Delivery Point Validation database is updated on a monthly basis.

• NCOA (National Change of Address System)

Our lists are also run against the National Change of Address System for fast, accurate NCOA processing to keep our CAD database current and eliminate non-deliverable addresses. Developed by the United States Postal Service, NCOA^LinkTM is a secure dataset of approximately 160 million change-of-addresses going back up to 48 months that enable mailers to update mailing lists with new addresses from businesses that have moved.

• Record Verification
