How are CADnet lists compiled?

The acquisition of new data is a vital part of ensuring that our data is the most current available. Because we go to many, many different sources for our data, we are able to get data that other list companies just can't offer. The primary information provided in our database is CAD application software usage. The contacts in our database come from dozens of CAD industry sources such as:

• Company and Corporate Directories
• Annual Reports and 10K's & other SEC filings
• Company Web Sites
• News and Press Releases
• CAD Industry and related magazines/newsletters
• Professional Associations
• User Groups, Meetings, & Forums

We also arrange list exchanges with companies that have similar audiences but do not compete directly with us. On some occasions, we have exchanged lists with competitors when the trade is of a non-competitive nature.  All of the information is derived from proprietary methods from sources of public record and is obtained legally and ethically under strict list industry rules, regulations and guidelines.

What data hygiene methods do you use to ensure list deliverability?

CADnet ensures the deliverability of your lists by keeping our database current using the latest list hygiene services:

The CASS process validates and standardizes addresses for fast, accurate postal processing. Our lists are also run against the Delivery Point Validation service. While the CASS process validates and standardizes addresses, Delivery Point Verification enables us to verify that an actual address exists down to an apartment or suite number. Delivery Point Validation determines if the address can be confirmed as a valid delivery point or as a commercial receiving agency. Delivery Point Validation enables you to target your mailings more efficiently to reduce list, production and postage costs. The United States Postal Service Delivery Point Validation database is updated on a monthly basis. Our lists are also run against the National Change of Address System for fast, accurate NCOA processing to keep our CAD database current and eliminate non-deliverable addresses. Developed by the United States Postal Service, NCOA^LinkTM is a secure dataset of approximately 160 million change-of-addresses going back up to 48 months that enable mailers to update mailing lists with new addresses from businesses that have moved. Do these lists contain "opt in" email addresses?

No, email addresses are NOT "Opt-In" addresses. Our lists are priced as "postal mailing lists" and any email information is included as a bonus.

How much does CADnet charge for renting lists?

We charge in a manner consistent with the mailing list industry. All of our lists are priced per thousand records (known as "CPM"). And our lists are priced consistently from list to list.
